Our upmost priority is to keep you and everybody safe. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we need to follow a number of regulations and restrictions from the side of the authorities to make this event happening and to keep you safe. Please note that we must insist that everybody is following the rules which we will need to apply. Do not register if you feel you can not comply with all of them at all times.
We all hope and expect that things will get easier in 2021. However. Those regulations can be changed any time following the development of the pandemic, they can be released (hopefully), but they also might be tightened. We will send an update to all registered attendees a few days before the event per email. And of course the full list of regulations will be put up at the venue for everybody to be reminded at all times.
At the registration desk you will need to fill in a form with information regarding your health and your travel history for the last two weeks and you will need to sign a liability form. Those forms will be kept a max of 4 weeks for the authorities and will be automatically deleted after 4 weeks.
We will check you in and check you out every time you enter or leave the venue by scanning your QR code to keep record of your attendance.
We will measure your temperature every time you enter the venue using contactless thermometers. No entrance granted with high temperature/fever. In case of high temperature you need to see a doctor and stay home.
Play it safe - Wearing a mask at all times is required once you entered the venue in order to keep everybody safe. We do provide you with a mask at the registration desk if needed. The mask must cover mouth AND nose fully at all times. This is for everybody. We all have family/friends/colleagues.
We will ask you to download our unique mobile app, which we designed especially for this event, so you can track who you got in close contact with during the weekend. After every close contact please scan the QR code of your close contacts. This is voluntary but we believe that it is in the interest of everybody as it does support the contact tracing if needed.
Whenever possible, especially when cueing at the bar, bathrooms or registration, or chatting with each other, please keep your distance to others as much as possible.
Disinfect your hands after every dance with your partner or close contact or as often as possible. Disinfectant stations are placed in every room. We also will provide you with nurturing hand cream at the registration desk.
We will rent hightech air condition devices with HEPA filters which can filter out 99,9% of all viruses. Additionally we will air thoroughly all rooms once an hour or more often if needed adding up to the strong air condition in all rooms. We will change rooms continously in a way that always one of the rooms will be aired for a complete hour. We will install CO2 measuring devices in each room and air thoroughly if the recommended limit is surpassed.
Mind recommended sneeze & cough etikette and only sneeze and cough into your elbows.
When using the bathrooms wash your hands with soap regularly and for at least 20 seconds.
For the comfort of your dance partner and other close contacts, use the deodorant we provided in the bathrooms for everybody to use.
